What is mSpy? How does it work?
mSpy is a background smartphone application that secretly records and logs SMS
messages, Call history, Contact list, Photo, Web visited history, Apps usage history;
bugs meeting rooms or whatever surroundings; tracks GPS locations of the phone in
real time and displays all recorded locations on a convenient map. The software
installs directly into the phone you wish to spy on. However, you have to have the
target phone in your hand at least 1 time to download and install mSpy into
target smartphone. All settings may be adjusted remotely anytime online right from
your Online Control Panel. After the installation process is completed, as soon
as in 20 minutes, all data, even those deleted, are uploaded to your private Control
Panel account which is available from any PC or phone browser.
Attention: The target phone must have access to the Internet, and be compatible
with mSpy. Check if your mobile device issupported.

You need to install mSpy app called mSpy Target on the phone to be monitored

Installation and removing
Why is not mSpy listed on the AppStore?
mSpy will read all your internal iPhone information and upload it to mSpy.biz
site to read them on a confortable interface. There is no way that Apple allow to
third-party apps to read this data this way.
How to install mSpy into target iPhone?
First, your iPhone must be jail-break. Open Cydia > find mSpy > install. Open
springboard > tap icon mSpy > on application screen, insert a valid email, password
> click Sign up > tap Hide mSpy.
You must use a valid email, activating and not be used to sign up for another iPhone
in current time, to sign up because this email will be used for others purpose aldo
such as recovering password, receiving email contact from us...
Once you tap Hide mSpy, all icon, file, source of mSpy will be hidden in springboard, Cydia also and no one can open it again. Only you can configures or remove it via your secured online account.
Can I install mSpy remotely?
No, you will need access to your iPhone at least the first time you install mSpy. Once mSpy is installed you will be able to track all the SMS, Location, Call,URL etc. remotely using mSpy.biz from your computer.
How’s to remove mSpy?
Because mSpy does not appear in Cydia, you must log in to your account to remove
it. In page Setting, part Uninstall mSpy, insert password of your account, then
click Uninstall mSpy to remove mSpy remotely. Be careful, once you removed
mSpy, you have to get the iPhone in your hand once again if you want to re-install
How to move my iPhone to another email address?
Remove your old account (this action will removemSpy in target iPhone also) > Re-install mSpy to your phone > sign up with new email address.
Attention: Your data and license in old account will be deleted also. Therefore, don’t forget to back up your data and download to your PC before removing your account. Internet connection and Service provider
Why does the target phone need Internet?
The monitored device requires the Internet access to send the data (the SMS logs,
Call History, E-mail or Location information…) recorded by mSpy to your Control
Panel for reviewing.
If you aren't capturing any data, the Target phone will still need some form of
Internet to initially sync settings process and turn on the non-Internet features
to use, such as Auto Answer. Aside from reporting the captured data, it will also
need the Internet whenever you need to turn off unnecessary features or even if
remove mSpy from target phone.
You will need Internet access on the Target to utilize all functions and keep a
reliable reporting schedule.
iPhone will generally default to a WiFi connection whenever available. The WiFi
connection would need to provide a TCP/IP connection to the Internet, and could
then be used for everything the GPRS cell connection is normally used for, but only
when the WiFi is available. You will also need the Internet connection on the target
phone to download and install the app.
What if the target phone does not have internet connection?
If your Target is a GSM phone that takes a SIM card, you can always use a SIM card
with Internet access (even a cheap prepaid SIM) just to get the software installed
and setup, and then swap it out with the Target's own SIM card later. Without internet
connection, all features will still work but mSpy will not be able to report
any captured data (SMS, Call Logs, Email, Location) to your online account except
for Auto Answer feature. All captured data will be saved in temporary files and
wait for be sending when the target phone have internet connection.
Therefore, you should define an internet connection for target phone (GPRS/3G/Wifi)
as soon as possible
Is the GPRS/Internet connection visible on the phone bill?
The phone bill may reflect only an amount of GPRS data transferred or Time consumed;
no indication of where the connection was made to or what applications used the
Internet. That's why it makes mSpy impossible to detect.
Does mSpy support my phone service provider?
mSpy runs on all supported phones regardless of network, service provider, or
location. You have full access to mSpy data whether the phone is across town
or across the world. The only requirements are that the phone includes a supported
operating system and has Internet access.
Can I install it using one SIM, but then give the phone to someone who uses another
SIM? / Can I change SIM cards?
Yes. This is also a way to installed mSpy into target phone if the original
SIM card does not provide Internet access. Although if the new SIM is from a different
service provider then you may need to change the phone's internal connection/GPRS
settings (Access Points) used for connecting to the Internet, or verify the new
SIM provides another valid connection (WiFi).
If you intend to use those features which need internet to report data to your online
account such as SMS, Call, GPS tracking… then you will still need Internet access
available from the Target phone after the original SIM card is swapped back. If
you only intend to use non-Internet functions such as Auto Answer feature then you
may not need Internet available after the installation process finish.
We recommend you test the software after changing SIM cards between different networks.
View and download data
How do I see the SMS, Call Logs and Location tracking information?
All subscriptions include a feature-rich and very user-friendly Control Panel, accessible
at Control Panel. After the installation and set up process is completed, the first
logs of captured text messages, call details, contact, GPS locations and much more
will be available as soon as in 30 minutes.
All activities on the phone are logged and available 24/7 in your secure mSpy
Some data in my account seem be lost. What happens
All data over 15 days will be deleted. So, you should back up your data to your
computer regularly. Go to page Setting, in here you can export data to CSV format
for download. One email with the link to download CSV back up file will be sent
to your email.

Privacy and security
Will mSpy show an icon or something on the iPhone?
Of course it does not. mSpy will be totally silent, in fact it will not appear
on the installed packages from Cydia.
How can I tell if mSpy is on my phone?
Unlike our competitors, mSpy does not use any SMS commands appearing in the
target phone's Message folder for getting the app working. The weight of the activity
data, uploaded to the server, goes up to 100kb, thus being absolutely unnoticed
by the target phone user on their phone bills. Regarding another important issue,
the mSpy solution shows a proven record of minor battery power consumption so
that the target phone works its normal hours. It means, there is no way to detect
the mSpy app as it is fully programmed and managed online without noticeable
interaction between the server and the phone.
